Connell is the CEO and co-founder of Oakfield Developments. He is also the current MD of C.J.Furey Construction. It was his intention to establish a company where growth would be based on attention to detail, the highest quality of work and producing family homes in rewarding places to live – values he still upholds to this day.
John is the MD and co-founder of Oakfield Developments. He is also the Director of C.J.Furey Construction. He has twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, in both residential and commercial development. John has a hands-on approach to the business and prides himself on developing homes that families are proud to live in.

Ben has worked with Oakfield Developments since its inception. He has a wealth of experience which includes the disposal and acquisition of residential development land and buildings, new homes agency and residential development consultancy.
He sits on the RICS UK Residential Professional Group Board, the Housing Supply Group and the Sustainability Group.

Yvonne has been the office manager for 6 years and is a key member of the Oakfield Developments team. She currently assists our accounts department as well as ensuring the smooth running of our office, organising people, information, procedures and other resources by working closely with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Rachel is another long serving member of the team for over 20 years with C.J. Furey and Oakfield Developments. Rachel’s role is to facilitate the smooth running of the accounts, as well as liaising with contractors and stakeholders connected to the business.
